Since 2018, in the face of increasingly alarming threats to the environment, Jack Dabaghian has been exploring the Lebanese mountain ranges, locating and photographing the last surviving cedars of Lebanon; the cataloguing of these trees became an artistic homage to the cedar, shaped through a process of land survey, naturalist observation and dreamlike transposition.
